The Ben
Franklin Store in Leesburg has been locally owned and operated
by the Shipley family since 1974. This unique store specializes in crafts,
gifts, collectibles, art and custom framing. Ben Franklin has the answer
to rainy day boredom. They have craft projects for the young and old.
Choose from paints, crayons, clays, inks and watercolor kits. Memory albums
and scrapbooks will help create that one-of-a-kind keepsake to share with

The decorative painter is welcome at Ben Franklin; unfinished wood items
such as boxes, quilt racks, shelves, footstools and much more are
just waiting to be painted! A full line of stencils and paints are
available.

the home of a Full-Service Custom Framing department with PPFA
Certified Picture Framers on staff to handle all your framing
needs. The quality of framing at Ben Franklin's meets or exceeds
the national preservation framing standards set by the Art & Framing
Council.
Artwork
is an investment. Whether its value is monetary or sentimental,
protect your investment by having it custom framed by
a caring professional. Ben Franklin specializes in archival
framing of your precious artwork, photos and memorabilia.
They offer a full line of archival mats and UV filtering
glass to minimize the damaging effects of light on your
artwork.
Ben Franklin will frame anything from prints and photos to needlework
and memorabilia.
You
will have no problem finding the perfect frame for
your artwork. Ben Franklin has over 3000 mouldings
for you to choose from. In addition to custom framing,
they have the largest selection of glass-included ready-made
frames in Loudoun County.
You can also enhance your artwork with a custom-cut mat. Since
purchasing a computerized mat cutter, Ben Franklin now offers a
wide variety of specialty mats to enhance your artwork. Mats are
available in an endless array of colors and can be cut into a wide
variety of unusual shapes and almost limitless sizes. Other services
offered include dry mounting of posters and prints, and needlework
stretching.
